Next Delete your account
This page describes how to request deletion of your Next IPTV Player portal account (package / product: Next IPTV Player).
What is deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone).
- Paired device links and pairing sessions.
- Web-managed playlists stored for your account.
- Subscription records associated with the account (operational copies may be anonymised).
What may be retained
- Billing receipts or manual payment notes required for legal/accounting retention.
- Anonymised analytics aggregates if analytics was enabled.
- Records needed to investigate abuse or comply with law.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the portal and open Account, or
- Email info@1clik.net from your registered address with subject “Delete account request”.
We process verified requests within 14 days (often sooner). Local playlists already saved on a TV remain on that device until you clear the app data.
