Next 1. Acceptance
By using Next IPTV Player (Android TV app and web portal), you agree to these Terms.
2. What this product is
Next IPTV Player is a media player and control portal. It does not include channels, VOD catalogs, or paid IPTV subscriptions. You must supply your own lawful sources (Xtream / M3U).
3. Local-first playback
Streaming occurs between your device and your provider. Our servers are not required for playback once playlists are saved locally on the TV.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the legality of content and credentials you configure. Do not infringe copyrights or violate provider terms.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, abuse of pairing, or bypassing plan limits.
- Distributing malware or attempting to disrupt the service.
- Any activity related to exploitation or abuse of minors (see Child Safety Standards).
6. Availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted portal access. Local playback may continue when the control plane is offline.
7. Enforcement
We may suspend accounts or devices that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
The software is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of third-party streams or network conditions.
